Those who may not know, I have finally written my first book and the second is in the works. This is a book dedicated to the concept I talk about a lot: Self-evolution. This is considered a Young Adult Nonfiction. I provide 12 chapters highlighting areas of consideration as one begins to “adult.” 18-30 years of age the brain is still rapidly developing with a lot of people having a lot to say about what you show do or be. This encourages freedom of thought, skills to evolve, and some nuggets of truth from lived experience. I love tangible concepts and ways to grab on to so you can consider what works best for you. Healing on your own terms. At your own pace. any way you know how. I am looking to self-publish in 2025 and first of MANY. Once released, this will be the official page and buying page for the book. I will be posting on other platforms, as well.
