Due to March being the MONTH of movement. We are going to do a disability and size inclusive event for chair exercises. I am debating if I will be leading this or inviting someone else to do it. Yet we will be discussing how to move your mind, body, soul in different ways. This is virtual on TikTok at 8 PM Central @AnneCTotero. This will be held on INSTAGRAM. Come move with us!

We will be having a debate and critical thinking conversation about eastern and western medicine, the impacts, pros and cons, and preference. Come join us to talk about slow healing and self-evolution.

There are often some assumptions what movement means as it relates to our self-evolution and slow healing. Immediately people think of exercise. There are other areas of movement that are disability-inclusive, size-inclusive and expand our knowledge to find movement FUN. This in mind, body, AND spirit.

This is a CRITICAL THINKING event on TikTok! Where we talk about research, things to consider, share experiences and develop our OWN thought process around this month’s topic of love. Our hot button item we are discussing is:

“Love is Enough.”
”Forgive and Forget.”

TWO things many of us hear. So come join us as the week of love approaches 2/14 and 2/15!

The end of the month will be dedicated to our CREATIVITY and CREATIVE side of our souls and bodies. This will be focused on the event for the month. January 2024 is all about Manifestation. So we are going to discuss something called Visual Journaling. This will be on my TikTok Account at @AnneCTotero.

This can be used as a coping skill, a place to hold yourself accountable to goals and manifesting your mind’s energy.

You will need a piece of paper and/or a journal to dedicate to this and commit to it for at least a month to see how it goes! Using all your creative mediums including stickers, crayons, magazines, words, books, etc. Anything you want to glue and using everything but writing words! The point is to visually represent something.

This is for the COMMUNITY AND COLLABORATION portions of the month. This is where we really focus on building community and supporting one another. For some that means connecting virtually or on a platform and for others, they are trying to reach more of an audience.

These events will be noted as “The Bonfire.” Where we all can sit and connect at night before our long week. This will also include ONE COLLECTIVE ORACLE pull to start our night!

We may do things like follow fests, promoting a small business and inviting them on to share their goodies, or also promoting other healers!

This series called CRITICAL THINKING is meant to be a place to debate, discuss as a team, a panel, same and differing representations. Discussing topics that help us self-evolve and become more self-aware. This specifically dedicated to us having deep and thoughtful conversations, yet in a respectful and inclusive way.

Although we come from different walks of life, I do encourage these are done in balanced, thoughtful and kind ways. In these debates and panels, if anyone becomes offensive or abusive, they will be kicked and/or asked to leave. We learn best in safe environments!

This is a FREE and LIVE event held on my TikTok account at @AnneCTotero. This will be the new programs that I will hold on my Sunday evening shows at 8:00 PM Central. They often run until 9-9:15 PM yet be prepared: sometimes we get excited and go longer!

This COMMUNICATION Series for January 2024 will be dedicated to a more in depth conversation regarding Manifestation. We start talking about it in the Vision Board event December 30, 2023 and this will expand further on science meets spirituality of manifestation and goal setting, self-agency, and self-evolution.

This will be educational yet also interactive. People will get a chance to win a free oracle reading and some other goodies throughout the month. Engagement gets rewarded not only with time, community but sometimes: Free stuff is fun, too.
